Return your items to any local Party City store location for an immediate refund, or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for mail-in returns.
Package Your Items
If returning by mail, securely pack the items in a sturdy box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
